LWG Training Hub Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the start of the training program to be eligible for a refund (excluding the booking amount).
Refund Policy: The course booking amount / slot reservation fee (including the amount paid to reserve the slot) is strictly non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Refunds will only be issued if the full course fee has been paid, and will be processed after deducting the booking amount/ slot reservation fee.
Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the cancellation request, minus any applicable processing or transaction fees.
No-shows: Participants who fail to attend a scheduled training program without providing prior written notice will not be eligible for a refund.
