About the Founder
Mrs. Gagana Prabhu is the founder and Lead Trainer at LWG Training Hub. As a certified International soft skill and corporate Trainer, Certified public speaker, and India's leading certified Cabin Crew Coach, Mrs. Gagana is dedicated to empowering individuals through comprehensive training programs.
With over 15 years of invaluable experience in the aviation and hospitality industry, Mrs. Gagana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to empower individuals and organizations to thrive.
Her journey in the industry began as a Passenger Service Agent at Bangalore International Airport. Despite facing several challenges in her pursuit to become a cabin crew member, Mrs. Gagana remained determined and eventually succeeded in clearing a cabin crew interview with Jet Airways. She had the opportunity to work with Jet Airways for a few years before temporarily stepping away from flying due to health issues. During this break, she assumed the role of Customer Relationship Manager at Keys Hotel.
In 2012, once her health condition improved, Mrs. Gagana embarked on an exciting chapter of her career and moved out of India to join Qatar Airways. Over the course of 11 years, she had the privilege of working with Qatar Airways and achieving a remarkable series of promotions, starting as an Economy Flight Attendant and progressing to Premium Flight Attendant, Cabin Senior, and ultimately, Cabin Services Director/Purser and Cabin Services Instructor. Notably, she became the youngest Cabin Services Director/Purser in the history of Qatar Airways.
These diverse experiences have shaped Mrs. Gagana's understanding of the industry, honed her skills in delivering exceptional service, and allowed her to work with diverse teams in various roles. Each step of her career has contributed to her expertise in cabin crew training, customer service, and leadership development.
Driven by her passion for personal and professional development, Mrs. Gagana pursued certifications in various domains of training from across the globe. To date, she has empowered over 1500 individuals and organizations through her extensive training initiatives. Motivated to make a significant impact, she returned to India in 2023 to contribute her expertise to the country's training landscape. In August 2023, she executed her vision by establishing LWG Training Hub, a platform committed to delivering accessible and cost-effective learning solutions through both online and on-site training programs. She aspires to influence and guide as many individuals as possible while continuing to learn and grow.
